Sand Springs Volleyball Coaches

Skylar Jackson joined Sand Springs in 2022 and holds a 67-67 record after four seasons. Jackson was previously a varsity assistant and Head JV Coach at Broken Arrow and also coaches for Club Virago.

Jackson is a 2011 alum of Broken Arrow, where she was a two-year defensive captain and twice played in the State Tournament. She played collegiate volleyball at Southern Nazarene University and coached one season at Will Rogers High School before joining the Broken Arrow coaching staff from 2017 to 2022.

In 2023, Jackson was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)’s 30 Under 30 Club, recognizing up-and-coming volleyball coaching talent. In 2025 she led the Sandites to their second 20-win season in school history and first-ever playoff victory, advancing to the Regional finals.

Assistant coaches are Lisa Wright and Kirstein Mattox.

Sand Springs Public Schools offer varsity, junior varsity, and junior high teams.

The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Sand Springs offers a youth volleyball program.
