CPHS Girls Basketball: Mid-Season Review and Stats

The Charles Page High School girls’ basketball team is 12-2 on the season and undefeated in conference play at 9-0. After starting the season ranked first in Class 6A and suffering a pair of early losses, they have been steadily climbing their way back up ever since.

The team has won nine-straight games, six against ranked opponents, and is back up to No. 5 in the latest rankings after a 46-39 victory over No. 7 Union last week. They hold the No. 2 offense and No. 16 defense in Class 6A, winning by an average score of 64-47.

The Sandites will return to action Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the John Nobles Tournament in Moore. They placed third in their first tournament of the year.
